- I am a mother of two boys and an avid workout partner to my handsome other half. We love fitness, family time and healthy eating. What came before Beach Body? Sluggishness, unhappiness and an overweight physique that affected my self esteem and moods. It affected my children. Why am I real? I am very no-frills, I know my limitations and I make mistakes. I focus on progress, continuous education and learning. I am on this new fitness path for life, so I'm always ready for new tips on how to enjoy it.

Hee! It was the spotlight section. I was reading my comics and drinking coffee and he just started to chew! So much for trying the crossword puzzle!
Way to go, starting him on the paper so early! Perhaps there's hope for print after all... :)
