- I am a mother of two boys and an avid workout partner to my handsome other half. We love fitness, family time and healthy eating. What came before Beach Body? Sluggishness, unhappiness and an overweight physique that affected my self esteem and moods. It affected my children. Why am I real? I am very no-frills, I know my limitations and I make mistakes. I focus on progress, continuous education and learning. I am on this new fitness path for life, so I'm always ready for new tips on how to enjoy it.

Oh, that's interesting!! Do you plan to visit the others some day?
I did mine, and the blank states are Idaho, Washington, Oregon, Alaska and Hawaii. How I missed the entire Pacific Northwest is beyond me. Gotta work on that. ;)
