- I am a mother of two boys and an avid workout partner to my handsome other half. We love fitness, family time and healthy eating. What came before Beach Body? Sluggishness, unhappiness and an overweight physique that affected my self esteem and moods. It affected my children. Why am I real? I am very no-frills, I know my limitations and I make mistakes. I focus on progress, continuous education and learning. I am on this new fitness path for life, so I'm always ready for new tips on how to enjoy it.

Our new building is getting taller and taller. I can now see it from parts of Jersey City. We move in during the first quarter of next year. That'll be "fun," or something. ;)
The funny part is the moving company we used basically told us, "You're nothing but a number to us, so it's very important to attach your label to your box. Peel. Stick. Smooth."
